Well, true, this is an editorial for UST students and yeah, technically, wala naman talaga dapat pakielam ang mga hindi nabibilang sa target audience nito.
Pero gusto ko lang sabihin ito - Ang entry na ito mula sa Varsitarian ay parang pagpasa ng Cybercrime Law sa Senado. It's simply... UNBELIEVABLE.
